What this notice covers
This notice explains what happens to information you send us through the two forms on this site, Ask a Question and Contribute.
Nothing else on this site collects personal data. The CLEAR Session Scorecard runs entirely in your browser. What you record there is held in the address bar of your own tab and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
What the forms collect
Ask a Question collects your question, optionally what you are evaluating, optionally your role or perspective, and optionally your name and email address. Only the question itself is required.
Contribute collects the type of suggestion, which part of the resource it relates to, what you would add or change, and optionally your reasoning, a source, your name, email, organization and role.
Both forms carry a free-text field. Free text can contain personal data about other people, which is why we ask you not to include confidential client information or identifying details, and why consent is required even when you leave your own name and email blank.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you submit. You can withdraw it at any time using the contact address below, and withdrawal does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
How long we keep it
Submissions are retained for 24 months and then deleted. If a submission leads to a change in the resource, we keep a record of the change and the reasoning, with personal details removed.
Who processes it on our behalf
| Processor | What it does | | --- | --- | | Resend | Delivers form submissions to us by email | | Supabase | Stores submissions so we can track what was incorporated | | Cloudflare | Turnstile spam protection on both forms | | Plausible | Aggregate site analytics, no cookies and no personal data | | Vercel | Hosting and content delivery |
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Analytics are aggregate and cookieless, and we do not track individual visitors between pages or between visits. Individual scorecard values are never recorded against a visitor.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our processing it, or ask us to restrict what we do with it. You can also complain to your data protection regulator.
